Connection: Noun + に向かって

Usage: Indicates direction — either physical (facing or moving toward something) or figurative (working toward a goal). Can also mean addressing or speaking to someone directly. More physical/literal than に向けて.

Variations:

• に向かい (more formal)
• に向かう + Noun (modifier): 駅に向かう道 (the road heading to the station)

Examples:
