Connection: Verb ます-stem + ながら + Main action
Usage: Indicates two actions happening simultaneously by the same person. The main action comes after ながら. The action before ながら is secondary.
Important: Both actions must be done by the same subject.
Note: ながら（も）(concessive = although) is a separate N2 grammar point.
Examples:
音楽を聞きながら勉強する。(I study while listening to music.)
歩きながらスマホを見るのは危ない。(Looking at your phone while walking is dangerous.)
テレビを見ながらご飯を食べた。(I ate while watching TV.)
